Case Number: 2025-32940
Hearing: November 18, 2025
Decided: November 22, 2025
The appellate(Roberto Central School District) has charged that the Presidential Administration of Jay Laylin has repeatedly violated protections guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States Of Jesstopia by forcibly mandating that federally funded schools and learning institutions ban LGBTQ-related materials or face certain funding withholdings.
The Roberto Central School District in response to these allegations, has filed petition with the Supreme Court in conjunction with a previous decision issued by a federal court that was issued on October 12, 2025. Further, the Supreme Court will look into whether that federally withholding funding is Constitutional, as well as determine the constitutionality of bans on LGBTQ materials in schools.
OPINION
ALL JUSTICES, CONCURRING
Upon further review of Constitutional precedent, the actions of the Laylin Administration to ban materials related to the LGBTQ community did come under scrutiny as LGBTQ materials is subjected to the freedom of speech and freedom of expression clause of the Jesstopian constitution. As such it is here so determined that the act of physically banning LGBTQ symbols, flags, books, and other materials in Unconstitutional.
As for the second issue in the complaint, colleges, universities and other public school district's were penalized by the Laylin Administration by withholding funding, which allows these institutions to operate. It is unconstitutional for a President Of The United States Of Jesstopia to withhold, delay or deny any public school who relies on federal funding to be blocked from receiving such funding unless there is an expired funding request. This does not appear to be the case at this time. Therefore, it is the judgement and order of the court that within 30 days of this opinion, the Laylin Administration release all funding upto and including backpay for the time that such funding was withheld.
