6-3, Three Justices Dessented
Whereas, the appellant(People For Immigrants Inc) has charged that the Presidential Administration Of Jay Evan Laylin failed to adequately and faithfully ensure that Immigration Detention Facilities were operating in habitable and health focused manners consistent with Federal Law and;
Whereas, concerns for the due process of law for undocumented individuals being forcefully deported from the United States Of Jesstopia. The suit claims that the Laylin Administration failed to properly follow Deportation processes and safeguarded fedearl agents to do "what they want when they capture an illegal alien," and;
Whereas, The Laylin Administration has continuously worked to deport millions of people who entered the United States Of Jesstopia, has poorly treated the immigrants awaiting removal from the county.
Upon review Supreme Court Justices O'Lern, Kott, Wraith and Roland all agreed with the Chief Justice, conceding that the Justice department was operating within its legal means. Justices Ashland, Vasquez, and Steinman dissented suggesting that more evidence "could be provided," and that "video evidence could have been tampered with to increase favorability for the Laylin Administration."
