JUDGE BRADIN ROSWELL, PRESIDING.
On July 21, 2022, the Federal Crimes Investigative Service Of The United States Of Jesstopia launched a federal trial against James D. Ronaldson, following a series of bombings that first occurred on July 15, 2022, which severely damaged the Nationalist House, by means of a bombing. The Bombing on July 15, 2022 did seriously injure several Nationalist House workers and employees, all of whom survived. On July 18, 2022, investigators determined that the bombing was of terroristic nature and is seeking (2) consecutive life sentences for the acts of terrorism against the United States Of Jesstopia.
Furthermore, on July 21, 2022, a bomb was detonated at a Product Mart Store in Nox City, North Lorray, that killed 9 people and severely injuring many more. The bombing was later determined to be connected to the bombing of the Nationalist House, and substantial evidence was produced as a result thereof. The bombing, which killed 9 total, under federal laws and statutes qualify Mr. Ronaldson for the death penalty if the Judicial system deems it necessary and further sentencing guidelines also qualify.
Lastly, on July 23, 2022, another bomb was set off at the Mesa Governor's Mansion, and that blast killed 2 officials. The bombing was quickly connected to both the Nationalist House and Product Mart Store bombings and investigator quickly concluded, with substantial evidence that these targets were planned terrorist attacks and that substantial evidence was seized from Mr. Ronaldson's home, computer and electronic devices.
In closing, the State of New Shire, The United States Of Jesstopia and the entire Federal Crimes Investigative Service is seeking the highest sentence allowed under Jesstopian law, and intends to push for the Death Penalty. Furthermore, the New Shire 1st Circuit Federal Court is being asked to consider the facts, evidence and fatalities of the case and asks for the Death penalty to be granted and done so in the jurisdiction of the 1st Circuit Court.
