100 U.S.J 010
JUSTICE KOTT
The Supreme Court of The United States Of Jesstopia, in response to an appeal by the State Of Mesa against the Federal Government, President John Henry McCallum and the Congress Of The United States Of Jesstopia, orders the aforementioned entities to appear before court to determine the legality of cutting funding from activities that are not considered essential during a time of war and whereby a declaration of war is signed, and to redirect funding to the efforts of war which is currently ongoing between the United States Of Jesstopia and Russia, after a Russian Invasion was launched on February 24, 2022.
GOVERNOR KIRK G. PAUL, of the STATE OF MESA, is currently seeking to deny the constitutionality of the Federal Government to divest any funding thereof or funding specifically designated to the State of Mesa through federal grants to be withheld from Special Programs such as the State Of Mesa Special Olympics or special programs that aid in making individuals with intellectual disabilities feel as 'normal' as possible.
As of July 25, 2022, a determination to the constitutionality of such actions by both, and with approval of both Houses of Congress and in agreement by the President of the United States Of Jesstopia and the divesting of funding to support a national effort cannot, at this time be decided and further review will be so conducted in a manner consistent with statutes of the Consitution of the United States Of Jesstopia and any articles therefrom.
Furthermore, as mentioned previously, we will continue our review of the matter starting on July 29, 2022, and will gather to deliberate the constitutionality of the actions taken by Congress and whether or not any viable actions can be taken by this court and whether or not such actions is deemed to be of "any sound and true violations of the Constitution and will determine the viability thereof.
Upon further review, ALL JUSTICES, CONCUR that such claims that the Constitutionality of President McCallum, Congress divesting funding from such programs aforementioned above, are not consistent with grounds to deem such action unconstitutional. Furthermore, it is the opinion of this court that divesting funding during times of war and to mandate such pulling of funding is not Unconstitutional and it is well within the right of the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia, as it is an action that is consistent with furthering Jesstopia's Response to an active war.
